We are looking for a Middle Strong/Senior Product Designer to join our team. This is a from scratch project in the healthcare domain, where cutting-edge science and technology are integrated to develop wellness products.

Requirements:
▪️ 3+ years experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
▪️ Proficiency in Figma and Webflow.
▪️ Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
▪️ Experience with design systems and component libraries.
▪️ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
▪️ Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
▪️ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
▪️ Possesses at least an upper-intermediate level of proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
▪️ Create high-quality designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
▪️ Develop and maintain websites using Webflow.
▪️ Lead design projects from conception to completion.
▪️ Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
▪️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
▪️ Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
▪️ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
▪️ Ensure the user experience is smooth, intuitive, and visually appealing.

Interview stages:
