Requirements:
▪️ Commercial experience in similar positions (or completed courses).
▪️ Understanding of an IT market and roles at IT companies.
▪️ Big desire to study and work hard.
▪️ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
▪️ Ability to learn quickly.
▪️ Good time-management skills, responsible, creative mindset, result-driven, attentive to details, multitasking.
▪️ English — at least Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:
▪️ Forming the corporate culture, promoting the values and mission of the company.
▪️ Help us build an impressive Employer Brand.
▪️ Help with organizing company events and celebrations (team buildings, corporate events).
▪️ Ability to maintain social media pages.
▪️ Assisting the recruitment team with sourcing talents.
▪️ Assisting in the onboarding process.
▪️ Ordering goods, office supplies and keeping track of office expenses.

Interview stages:
▪️ HR interview (30 minutes).
▪️ Technical interview (1.5 hours).
