1+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within a SaaS environment
Ability to carry out contemporary requirements engineering using Agile methods (including having experience working with Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria)
Proficiency in managing complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.
Show critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Show deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis
Fluent English (both verbal and written)

As a Business Analyst you will act as a conduit between the software, product, sales and client delivery teams; driving feature requests and transforming these into user stories with achievable acceptance criteria. You’ll gather requirements from end users and stakeholders via requirements gathering and processes modelling workshops; conduct requirements analysis and verification; develop use case scenarios and process flow diagrams; participate in peer reviews and help create prototypes and wireframes to assist with the development of software solutions.

— Cooperate with software development and business teams throughout full life cycle development to drive usability and efficiency of the product
— Work with Product Owner & Project Manager to understand priorities and determine timelines for delivery and integrated plans for product introduction
— Perform in depth analysis needed to understand current and future platform usage, and to make informed decisions on the design and specification of new features and capabilities
— Assist with workflow planning, documentation, mapping, and user testing of integration points
Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions
