Requirements:
• Advanced in written English;
• Good at spoken English;
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support;
• Analytical & strategic thinking;
• Customer-oriented and responsible attitude;
• Desire to learn, grow professionally, and potentially take other responsibilities;
• Experience in using Intercom (Chat app), Slack, Google apps, etc.;
• Experience in chat support and customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Take care of customer inquiries received via email and chat;
• Provide professional support, help customers set up their accounts and solve their problems;
• Ensure customer satisfaction rate growth;
• Compile reports and polish the support process;
• Learn and apply the supporting sales strategy;
• Qualify incoming leads and delegate them to the sales team;
• Increase existing customers engagement with the platform (Facebook groups, emails, polls, etc.).
