Rust protocol engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a Rust protocol engineer to join the team and contribute to building a next-generation Ethereum block builder, extending block construction capabilities and enabling new DeFi primitives at the builder layer.

What you’ll work on

• Design and implement block construction and transaction ordering logic
• Build and maintain builder ↔ relay communication systems
• Work on PBS / MEV-Boost integrations and infrastructure
• Develop low-latency, production-grade services in Rust
• Design and run deterministic simulations and safety checks
• Contribute to new DeFi primitives enabled by advanced block building capabilities
• Improve performance, reliability, and observability of block builder systems

Requirements

• Strong experience with Rust (production systems, networking, performance)
• Deep understanding of Ethereum internals (execution + consensus basics)
• Solid knowledge of PBS, MEV, and block building ecosystem
• Experience building low-latency or distributed systems
• Ability to work on protocol-level problems (ordering, incentives, timing)
