Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Technology Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight in developing and implementing technology initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Development Process Optimization: Implement best practices to streamline development workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure the delivery of quality products.
  • Platform Reliability and Performance: Design scalable, resilient, and secure technical architectures that support current and future business needs, ensuring the reliability and scalability of applications.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, continuously evaluating new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards and regulations, implementing robust security measures to safeguard systems and data.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Leadership in Software Development: At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing software development and technology operations.


Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with cloud and virtual infrastructures.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.

Strategic and Innovative Thinking:

  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and leading technology transformation initiatives.

Technology Stack Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in programming languages/frameworks such as Node.js, PHP (Symfony), JavaScript (Angular), Python, Java.
  • Familiarity with storage like PostgreSQL, Redis, KSQL, Kafka.
  • Experience with monitoring and infrastructure tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, ELC + OpenSearch, AWS, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitLab.
  • Understanding of code quality tools like SonarQube, SonarLint.

Management Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing technology budgets and resources effectively.
