Skills & Qualifications Required:

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software


Technical equipment:

  • Personal laptop or PC
  • Stable electricity and internet connection

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service for all incoming queries via various contact mediums (calls, live chat, and email) as required
  • Report any noticeable trends or patterns during shifts to the relevant departments (e.g., Product/Banking Departments)
  • Achieve or surpass monthly KPIs set by management
  • Ensure all communications and volumes received during shifts are addressed in the required timeframe and manner
  • Maintain the highest quality of communication with customers
  • Complete assigned outbound tasks within the set timeframe
  • Collaborate with Supervisors to escalate issues and correctly direct queries to other departments when necessary
  • Monitor Internal Systems (e.g., Remote Desktop, VPN, Backoffice, Zendesk) and report any malfunctions to the Supervisor
  • Accurately record all customer interactions at the account level in Backoffice or project channels
  • Strive to enhance and improve the customer experience to ensure customer retention
