Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess product performance metrics in existing brands and when launching new brands from scratch.
• Investigate product usage, pinpoint growth opportunities, and devise experiments informed by data.
• Establish strategies for short to mid-term product development.
• Manage the product roadmap, determine objectives and priorities, and communicate the vision to the team.
• Aid in shaping the broader product department strategy and its development process.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, balancing their requirements with deliverability.
• Lead innovation and foster people development through exemplary action.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Previous involvement in the iGaming, Fin-tech, Crypto or Dating industry.
• Proficient understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing product teams in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the capability to interpret complex data.
• Experience overseeing products from inception to launch.
• At least Upper-intermediate level in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to delve into details and think critically.
• Skilled in balancing metric-driven decision-making, business mindset.
