— Continuously working on improvement of player conversion and retention within the Entry market.
— Perform A/B testing of automated CRM campaigns as well as ongoing ad hoc campaigns to find the best approaches to operate within the market.
— Regular competitor research and analysis, to stay up to date with the latest trends within the market.
— Create a knowledge base of welcome offer performance, player onboarding campaigns, various retention automated journeys and their performance within the market, as well as specifics of promotional tendencies within the market.
— Cooperate with other departments — product team, design team, analytics, to build the best performing and converting campaigns for local players.
— A candidate should have at least 1 year of iGaming experience within CRM
— English — native level adapted for the local region.
