— At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment/Digital marketing/Non-IT
— Understanding of gambling industry — as a plus
— Experience in direct search
— At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
— Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
— Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole
You will be responsible for:
— Full life cycle recruitment of technical, digital marketing and non-tech positions
Working with International market
— Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position
— Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates
— Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
— Ensure that the applicant tracking system is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
