Requirements:
— Knowledge of Windows and Linux-based OS
— Knowledge of computer networks (VPN, WiFi, LAN, access points, switches, routers)
— Have experience with the command line (Bash; PowerShell)
— Have experience in JIRA, Confluence administration

Responsibilities:
— Provide technical support for hardware and software
— Manage office network
— Handle incoming requests
— Install and update computer equipment, workstations
— Maintain inventory documentation
