We`re looking for Great Headhunter to our projects
You need:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment/Digital marketing/Non-IT
- Understanding of gambling industry — as a plus
- Experience in direct search
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
- Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
- Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole
You will be responsible for:
- Full life cycle recruitment of technical, digital marketing and non-tech positions
- Working with International market
- Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position
- Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers (internal/external) and candidates
- Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring and understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements
- Ensure that the applicant tracking system is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
