What’s the Project?
T1D translates real-world experiences into real-world solutions that make life easier
for people with Diabetes. Working on different platforms that focus on improving T1D
patient’s care and research within individuals with type 1 diabetes space.
You Perfectly Match If you have:
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering and python development
- Experience with Linux/Unix (know your way around a shell)
- Experience with API
- Experience in building scalable systems
- Knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with usage and configuration of AWS Services (RDS, SQS, ECR, Athena,
S3, EC2, CloudFormation, SecretsManager, Lambda, ECS) - Knowledge utilizing Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) and GitHub
- Strong coding and refactoring skills
- Good understanding of security/access control, scalability, high availability, and
concurrency patterns - Ability to work in a Scrum/Agile software team
- English: at least Upper-Intermediate
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience of infrastructure maintenance
- Understanding of BigData principles
- Experience with streaming services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to easily work across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, etc.) or a combination of education and related experience
Your day-to-day activities:
- Development of new features, maintenance of existing products
- Refactoring of existing products
- Improvement of the performance, maintainability, and operations of the codebase
- Provide technical input and knowledge to your scrum team for the planning, design, and
requirements process for new products and features - Data handling and load automation
- Communication with customer-side team members
- Reporting on work done
