You Perfectly Match If you have:
- 3+ years in the position of IT engineer/System Administrator
- Knowledge of networking
- Experience with set up and managin network equipment
- Experience with UniFi equipment and software
- Experience with tunneling
- Experience with OS Mac, Linux, Windows
- Experience Gsuite
- English — at least Intermediate
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of next gen firewall
- Experience with EDR, EUM\EDR
Your day-to-day activities:
- Manage the creation and deletion of user accounts as needed among the varying systems
- Administer corporate workstations, including installation OS Windows / Linux
- Provide technical support for other team members
- Maintain hardware inventory
- Provide competent friendly customer support on each interaction
- Provide end-user hardware and software troubleshooting support
- Monitor and track problems until resolved
