● Full proficiency in Ukrainian language
● English level Upper-Intermediate +
● 4+ years of experience as a copywriter, some working directly with US companies
● Experience writing for technology industries
● Experience writing content built to buyer personas, specifically for talent audience
● Experience writing across a variety of mediums (sales collateral, advertising, long-form content, emails, landing pages, etc.)
● Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
● Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
● Awareness of SEO best practices and familiarity with keyword research tools, which will help inform your recommendations and the structure of your work.
● Experience with Wordpress / Tilda is a plus
● Experience with a project management software such as Asana / Trello
● Strong research skills

● Developing and executing content marketing strategy to support marketing and business objectives
Creating content calendars and keeping them up-to-date, clean and full
Conducting content audits to determine what exists today, what needs to be rewritten, and what will need to be created
● Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. ads, sales brochures, emails)
● Conducting thorough research and interview with internal SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
● Working directly with:
○ Digital Marketing Manager & SEO Strategist on matching content to editorial calendar, buyer personas, SEO best practices, and placements needed
Project Manager to ensure all priorities and deliverables are being met
○ Graphic & UX/UI designers to build content assets such as ads, emails, landing pages
○ Proofreading for every deliverable to ensure 100% accuracy in all deliverables
○ Client SMEs to prepare thorough questions to develop sound technical material that is understandable and specific to our target audience
