5+ years experience with SDLC
5+ years requirements management/business analysis experience
Experience in the healthcare industry — specifically patients & providers will be a plus
Experience in process analysis and documenting
Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban)
Advanced spoken and written English

Assist defining operational objectives and project requirements with the client’s product team and management
Gather business value and help the PO sharpen it if needed
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate existing product capabilities and functionality, identify dependencies and perform impact analysis
Effective ambiguity management
Requirements elicitation, documenting and management (functional, non-functional, quality attributes), constructing workflow charts and diagrams
Work closely with UI/UX Designer team
Work closely with PO and Technical Project Manager to maintain backlog
Support the development team through the entire SDLC
Be able to dive-in and navigate the technical peculiarities
Lead backlog grooming session with development team
Participate in product increment acceptance testing and testing results analysis
Monitor bottlenecks/risks and contribute to the continuous delivery process through understanding business needs in short & long term perspective
