We invite Content Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team and contribute to enhancing the Newage employer brand in Ukraine, Georgia, Poland, and beyond, as well as support the promotion of our products and platforms.
You will be the one who will help to create marketing content through digital channels for an internal and external audience.
You need to have:
— 2+ years of experience in creating content for digital channels;
— A proven track record in creating communications ideas and campaigns, coordinating a team of functional experts;
— Advanced writing skills in English;
— Strong experience in writing and editing content with attention to detail;
— High personal motivation to support a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.
You will be working on:
— Drive social marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Workplace;
— Transform any newsbreak into content for social media and Newage website;
— Cooperate with the HR team to create digital campaigns to promote job opportunities;
— Generate innovative ideas for brand promotion and candidate attraction/ retention;
— Cooperate with external agencies and media to tell the story behind technology development and feature releases;
— Build strong and positive relationships within the organization with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
— Support Workplace communities by creating content together with subject matter experts;
— Enhance brand awareness, and write content for landing pages, case studies, e-books, and marketing collaterals.
