I was working within NewWaveDevs community from its early days, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere, professional environment, and growth possibilities there. The company management is transparent and always on your side when it comes to connection/discussion with the customer) The company encourages the self-education of developers and pays a lot of attention to developer’s preferences. For example, when I was at a beginning of my journey with NWD — I was primarily focused on Ruby on Rails development. After 1.5 at NWD, I’m almost switched to Erlang OTP / Elixir and I appreciate the support that company is constantly providing to me to achieve this. Not only that, there are always people that can give you valuable advice on what you should pay attention to in order to improve your skills.
