I am a Product / Lead Designer at NewWaveDevs.
I have been covering all major design tasks for over a year now. My responsibilities include the design of company logos to design team management and the development of complex products.
At the moment, I can say that I have worked enough in the company to judge its value both for me personally and for the clients with whom we work.
Before I joined the company, I considered myself as a fairly strong and promising designer, who knows what he wants and what needs to be done for this. The company, in turn, gave me all the necessary capabilities:
— Courses in mobile application design from the Projector school (if not the only one of the best local design schools);
— UX design courses for product development, based on the Double Diamond methodology;
— Typography courses from Bornfight agency
— Opportunity to work with very strong mentors on a project basis;
— Ability to develop several very complexes, but highly demanded digital products from scratch;
— Ability to hone my skills in managing a design team.
In general, a great advantage for each employee is a large selection of client projects on which he will be interested to work and of course — the ability to work remotely. Another nice bonus is that almost all of the company’s clients are English-speaking, which allows employees to hone their language skills and gain international experience.
There are many bonuses for each employee at the expense of the company.
