• Experience with large scale cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong background in Linux administration
• Proficiency writing advanced scripts for automation (Ruby, Python, Bash, etc.)
• Understanding of network topologies and architectures (Wireshark, iptables)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills

• Proficiency writing code with Golang, Python, PHP, Ruby
• Experience with networking equipment and technologies (BGP, GRE, Quagga, Cisco, Juniper)
• Experience with VoIP technologies (SIP, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS/Kamailio)
• Experience with large scale systems
• Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins)
• Experience with orchestration tools like Ansible/Saltstack/Puppet
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Couchbase, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Redis, etc.)
• Experience with the administration of MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with containers (Xen, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes, LXC, etc.)

• Support cloud based software as a service (SaaS) applications
• Collaborate with R&D teams for application infrastructure, deployment and operations
• Use monitoring tools to find problems, resolve and/or escalate to development
• Build and manage development and testing environments, assisting developers in debugging application issues using tools
• Participate in the building of tools and processes to support the infrastructure
• Contribute to the creation of system support documents
• Leverage scripting to build required automation and tools (e.g., configuration management)
• Learn on the job and explore new technologies with little supervision
