— 1+ years of proven experience as Project Manager;
— Experience in web/mobile application development;
— Strong understanding of SDLC;
— Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and Frameworks;
— Fluent English, with good communication and reporting skills;
— Knowledge of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
— Good problem-solving skills
— Experience in working with Jira and Confluence, other tracking systems
— Experience in Customer relations management, Requirement management, Change management, Estimation techniques.

— Higher, Computer Science or Application Development education;
— Technical background (QA/Developer/BA preferable);
— Experience in pre-sales activities such as requirements elicitation, estimation;
— Understanding of PMI stages/approaches.

Обязанности

— Work within Agile Methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development;
— Plan, Execute, Control
— Develop and implement standards to the development and deployment process;
— Primary focus on the development process and delivery process within the Scrum team;
— Ensuring the consistency of development processes through collaboration with Tech Lead;
— Leading the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases with the Development Manager;
— Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning;
— Helping developers resolve both technical problems, through collaboration with technical leads, as well as human resources issues;
— Monitor individual employees’ performance;
— Provide leadership and guidance to team members regarding their performance level and career development.
