Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment;

— High culture in verbal and written communication;

— Strong time management and problem-solving skills;

— Good skills in candidates search using different sources;

— Intermediate level of English;

— Experience in conducting competency interviews.

Responsibilities:

— Take an active part in the full-cycle recruitment process;

— Share knowledge with the team and implement ideas;

— Conducting HR interview;

— Source candidates through different resources.
