We are looking for smart & creative people to join our global team of product designers to work on complex digital products with one of our big clients. Our client is a global Fortune 1000 company and in this role you will be responsible for usability and creative design for multiple digital projects.

Their expertise spans across various domains, including smart office technology, information management, cloud computing, mobility solutions, and IT services. With a rich history of creating innovative products and services, they enable seamless work from anywhere, at any time.

To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional collaboration and design leadership skills. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior visual and end-user experience across multiple digital projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years designing UX/UI for consumer-facing products across the web, mobile or others
• Design Portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions, with an emphasis on identifying and meaningfully solving true user problems.
• Strong knowledge of components and styles in Figma
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS guidelines
• Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making
• Ability to lead user experience design, including usability principles, user research methodology, testing techniques, and interaction design.
• Passionate about creating, contributing and maintaining Design Systems
• English: Fluent

Responsibilities:

• Work in a multi-disciplinary team to design & deliver innovative end-to-end experiences from concept to production (includes helping to set the product vision, exploring design solutions, prototyping, supporting implementation)
• Building detailed User Flows
• Prototyping
• Deep research of a business and product
• User Testing (Moderated and Unmoderated)
• Creating UI/UX for web and mobile platforms, websites
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the org.
