NetHunt CRM is a sales and productivity tool inside Gmail to help sales teams and small businesses manage leads, nurture customer relations, monitor sales progress, and close more deals.

What you’ll get to do:
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints through chats and emails.
Be a product expert and consultant to NetHunt users.
Aid in product design and product development.
Mediate between clients and the team.
Minimize customer churn.
Night shifts — every other week (4 pm — 12 am).
Required skills:
English level (Advanced).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and able to multitask.
Passion for service.
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of customer success processes.
Self-driven and proactive nature.
Ability to work with the team and independently.
