What you’ll get to do:
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints through chats and emails.
Be a product expert and consultant to NetHunt users.
Aid in product design and product development.
Mediate between clients and the team.
Minimize customer churn.
Night shifts — every other week (4 pm — 12 am).
English level (Advanced).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and able to multitask.
Passion for service.
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of customer success processes.
Self-driven and proactive nature.
Ability to work with the team and independently.
