The goal of this position is to help us build our sales pipeline by connecting with potential customers and identifying new sales opportunities.

— Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role in IT.
— Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
— Creative thinking.
— Accuracy of pipeline maintenance.
— Effectively “cold prospect” through multiple mediums (email, calls, etc.).
— Generate qualified sales opportunities for Sales Team to further negotiate and close.
— Сraft successful messages for multichannel outreach sales sequences: email, calls, social media touches.
— Research accounts, identify key contacts and reach out to prospective customers.
— Handle prospect responses: work with objections, schedule appointments and follow-ups.
— Work with lost leads.
— Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).
— Think outside the box and have a passion for testing new approaches and campaigns.
— Maintain the CRM to keep all the information up-to-date.
