Обов’язки

— Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations.
— On-board clients.
— Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
— Be a product expert and consultant to NetHunt users.
— Aid in product design and product development.
— Mediate between clients and the team.
— Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
— Minimize customer churn.
— Night shifts — every other week (4 pm — 12 am).
