Requirement:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• You are a great logical & creative thinking person
• Exceptional communication skills
• Adaptable to frequent change

Will be a plus:

• Proven customer service skills is a huge plus
• Basic MS SQL DB usage experience (navigation, simple queries)

Responsibilities:

• Provide help to customers using your organisation’s products or services
• Remote access to clients’ computers for addressing an issue or gather information
• Calling to clients to find out more information or provide update
• Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by customer service assistants
• Analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
• Produce written information for customers, often involving the use of computer packages and software
• Write reports and analyse the customer service
• Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
