Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Project manager who is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-
— Management of several development projects
— Solving working and technical issues (in cooperation with a technical specialist)
— Understanding of software development processes
— Experience with planning tools and task managers (Trello, Jira)
— Understanding the concepts of application lifecycle and software development, Attention to detail, and proactive attitude to work
— Good organizational skills, ability to solve non-standard problems;
— Construction of project plans and assessment of project objectives
— Report project status and risks to management, clients, and the project team
— Organize and conduct daily meetings, demonstrations, and retrospective meetings with the team and the client
— Project control and planning

REQUIREMENTS:-
— Ability to cope with multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
— Software development process management
— Prioritization of project tasks with the client and their distribution among team members
— Monitor the progress of the project and provide updates on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
— Manage changes and risks to minimize project risks
— Manage project resources and their allocation
— Project implementation time management
— Previous experience with Google tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.);
— Planning and organizing meetings/events.
— Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
— Prepare plans for the next sprints

3. Interview with Client
4. Contract to Proposal

— Full time 10:00 to 18:00 office
