o Degree in a technical discipline (math, physics, IT, telecommunications);
o Project Management knowledge;
o Software Development life cycle processes;
o Software Development life cycle models;
o Software Development methodologies (RUP, MSF, Agile);
o Management system’s standards (ISO 9001and ISO 27001);
o CMMI model requirements;
o Order of construction and implementation of quality management system;
o Work experience in a telco-related company is highly desirable;
o Experience in communicating with out of the house auditors;
o Very good communication skills;
o Good English verbal/writing skills;
o Good analytical skills;

• Analyzing, development and control of current company operation processes through global standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, ISO 12207, ISO 27001); The result of analysis can be new process documents and/or new requirements for company operational support systems.
• Management of company operational support system’s implementation projects according new requirements;
• Improvement and support of the existing company operation processes on product and implementation projects using continuous improvement CMMI methodology;
• Analyzing of current projects processes and defining standard processes;
• Documenting standard processes with possible change limits;
• Implementation of standard processes in new company projects with follow-up performance assessment;
• Gathering information to further improve and enhance the quality of work;
• Preparation and conduct CMMI workshops;
• Participating in CMMI certificate confirmation with out of the house auditor;
