3 + years of experience in a WEB development;
Understanding of the basics of building user interfaces;
Experience and strong knowledge in Spring Framework, Hibernate, MySQL or Postgree
Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE;
Knowledge of basic WEB technologies: HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX;
Experience with WEB-framework: understanding of the differences, development of architecture;
Result- and team-oriented, responsible, independent person with high organizational skills and ability to work effectively inside project team;
Good analytical skills, ability to analyze and estimate tasks.

People management and project management skills;
Experience of working with one of the frameworks (JSF, GWT, Tapestry, ZK);
Knowledge of HTML5, experience in design for mobile devices;
Strong knowledge of high-load and high-availability architectural patterns;
Strong knowledge of concurrency, caching, scaling, performance optimization.

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer which is willing to take part in front-end development of complex applications. Starting from analysis and design project phases ending with post production support of delivered system. During the development phase Senior Java Developer should lead a couple of developers: assign tasks, provide consultancy and control code quality.
