— 2+ years of experience in website analytics and UX;
— Knowledge of usability principles and techniques for UI design;
— Strong experience in prototyping and UI;
— Experience using analytical tools for website and ability to analyze customer behavior to build insights and recommendations;
— Preferably 2+ years of experience in using a website Content Management System (can be WordPress, Joomla, Opencart etc., but Ideally Drupal);
— Familiarity with website ecosystem (Understanding basics of front-end optimization and Analytics would be an advantage);
— Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager. Will be a plus if you know tools like Sessioncam, Similarweb, Usabilla, Tint.
— Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS would be an advantage;
— Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written);
— High level of communication skills, you will be convincing partners to implement your designs;
— University degree is preferred.

— Integrate Analytical services/tools and use them with focus on UX;
— Communicate with brand managers. Reporting and explaining UX issues and problem related to the interface of the websites, present solutions;
— Work with wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to support design decisions;
— Support Web Content Team during integration recommendation in to the websites;
— Meet deadlines and quality requirements.
