Junior HR Manager

Requirements:

  • 0.5 years+ experience as HR in IT;
  • General understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Adaptation, Performance Review, Off-boarding, etc.;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
  • High level of teamwork and networking;
  • Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • At least a pre-intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:

  • Academic experience as an HR (courses, training, certificates)

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain HR records and reports;
  • Assist with support of HR processes — on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding;
  • Assist with the development of HR policies for the company with regard to employee relations;
  • Assist with employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, newsletters etc;
  • Manage company benefits and order branded supplies;
  • Host events at the company;
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other HR functions, as necessary.
