Required skills:
● 6 months of experience in sourcing or at least successfully completed IT Recruitment/Sourcing Courses;
● General understanding of the IT market, technologies, programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.;
● General understanding of Full Recruitment process;
● Good research skills, experience in Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools;
● Proactive, result-oriented, and persistent person with excellent interpersonal skills and desire to learn;
● At least an intermediate level of English.

● Active search and headhunting

● Screening candidates profiles and CV`s according to requirements;
● Initial communication with candidates, scheduling calls;
● Work with an internal pipeline (update, improve, etc.);
● Close cooperation with team members, hiring managers.
