We are hiring a Full-Stack Team Lead who are located in Poland to join us.

Required skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in developing .Net Server side
• 2+ years’ experience leading an agile team — a big advantage
• Experience building distributed multi-tiered systems that feature high throughput, low latency, and high availability.
• Experience and strong knowledge of REST, Multi-threading, Web Services, Web API, MSSQL
• Experience in different architecture approaches — Monolith, SOA, Microservices
• Understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including Agile (XP and Scrum), Rapid Application Development, etc.
• Good understanding of Design Patterns and Principles
• Excellent Communication, presentation, problem solving and team working skills
• English level: Intermediate — reading/writing documents, daily meetings with teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

• Lead an agile team to success
• Ensure team high performance and meet delivery goals with superb quality.
• Mentor each team member and lead them to excellence.
• Write code in appropriate languages, principally C#, and do code reviews.
• Design solutions for new application components and work closely with the group architect on high level design tasks.
• Work closely with product managers, DevOps, IT and other teams to achieve your goals.
