Technical Operations Manager (вакансия неактивна)

Neogames, a world-leading provider of solutions and services for iLottery and iGaming operators, is looking for an experienced Ops Manager to join the TechOps group.
The position is in Kiev.

Responsibilities:
• End to end ownership on all Ops and IT teams
• Manage the DevOps processes across environments
• End to end ownership on the IT budget
• Maintain open and frequent communication with the customers/vendors and 3rd parties
• Manage the DevOps/IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Manage and maintain ITIL principles in support oriented entities
• Keep up to date with tech developments and product roadmap
• Meet agreed SLA levels
• End to end ownership on all Prod and none-Prod environments
• Interface with various departments in the company including Product, Projects and more

Requirements:
3-5+ years of DevOps/Ops management — Must
• Proven experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies — Must
• Experience in managing a group of teams (DevOps, IT, Support, QA, etc.)
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize — Must
• Bachelor’s technical degree (or similar) — Must
• 24/7 availability for escalations and handling critical incidents — Must
• Strong understanding of web and web-related technologies — Must
• Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — Must
• Proven experience in building and implementing DevOps/Ops roadmaps and strategies
• Experience in high tier Support management
• Driven, Motivational, Initiative and Responsible
• Service-oriented
• Excellent English — Verbal and written
