We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work on development and launch of our mobile application who will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of the product’s roadmap.

The product itself is a mobile application that is based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and is planned to be launched in May 2019.

As a Product Manager, you will be an expert on our customers’ pain points, needs, and learner journeys and use that knowledge for acquiring new customers. You will track our traditional and non-traditional competitors and have a deep understanding of how we fit within the competitive landscape.

We are looking for a self-driven executor with a strong product management background and outstanding communication skills.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of product management experience (in Agile/Scrum environment)
— Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
— Hands-on experience with different stages of product development cycle
— Prior experience of managing engineering team working on-site and remotely
— Experience of working with bug tracking system (preferably with JIRA)
— Background in data analysis, web analytics, A/B testing is a plus

— Previous experience of working in a startup or small companies
— Basic Sales and/or Marketing skills
— Proven track record of successful projects/products’ launch

— Define and develop product strategy, business cases and a product roadmap that achieves our goals
— Lead and manage software development team to deliver product within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget and resources
— Collaborate with UI/UX team to create best-in-class product user-experience
— Conduct market and competitors’ research and analyze product metrics
— Manage existing goals and identify new opportunities based on trends and market demand
— Assess project progress and provide regular status updates to the management team
— Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement successful product launch and marketing strategy
— Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data and review production and sales costs if needed
— Support all non-technical project-related tasks
— Act as a product evangelist to build product awareness and understanding
