We are sorry to have you leaving with hurt feelings. Thank you for explaining the nature of your feedback during our 1-1 and I assure you that we’re doing our best to prevent situations like this in future.
I’d also like to specify that although we did not call it a “review” the company paid:
— Double salaries for 2 months in a row (14 salaries in 2022);
— Full salaries for 2 weeks off work (at the beginning of a full-scale war thrusted upon Ukraine by russia);
— Offered compensation for power stations;
— Offered full relocation support;
— Our CEO personally offered his financial support as a 0% interest loan to those in need and those who used his offer had their end-of-contract payment revised accordingly.
I personally have always cherished your contribution during our team events and 1-1s and I believe that you’d be a perfect fit to any organization that is able to invest in mobile innovations at this point of time.
