We focus on innovation speed, battlefield efficiency, and operational reliability — creating scalable and accessible unmanned solutions for defense and security.

About the team
We are a 100+ strong team with comfortable offices in Riga (Latvia), and Kyiv (Ukraine). In 2026, we plan to triple our scale.
We are expanding our R&D team to accelerate work on swarm applications and autonomous flight. Our engineers build the products we deliver to multiple European Ministries of Defence and the Ukrainian MoD: both complete UAV systems and critical components such as secure digital communications, flight computers, and autonomy modules. We have delivered tens of thousands of our systems, fielded across multiple mission profiles, and we continue to scale production to meet growing demand.

Now we are looking for Embedded Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Development and design of new products.
• Testing and debugging prototypes.
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to bring designs to mass production
• Main programming language: C.

Requirements:

• Experience in electronics, radio engineering, or programming in C or C++
• Experience working with measuring equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) and soldering tools
• Basic knowledge of tracing, layout (routing) of printed circuit boards.
• Understanding of electronic circuitry, assembly, and debugging
• Understanding of rules and approaches to design documentation preparation
• Ability to independently search for technical information
• Experience working with English technical documentation (datasheets)
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

The following will be a plus:

• Experience working with microcontrollers.
• Experience working with Raspberry Pi.
• Experience working with wireless data transmission technologies (Wi-Fi, BLE, GSM, LTE, Sub-1GHz).
• Experience working with Altium Designer or KiCad computer-aided design systems.
• Experience developing devices for mass production.
• Knowledge of make, Cmake, bash scripts, and/or python.
• Knowledge of Linux build systems (buildroot, yocto, or similar).
