- You have an academic degree, preferably in Finance / Business Administration / Economics and Commerce
- Gathered first working experience in relevant fields
- Very attentive to details, confident in dealing with numbers
- Proficient user of Excel and other Office 365 Apps
- You bring a sense of urgency and don`t leave loose ends
- Self-motivated and able to identify gaps and fill where needed
- Fluency in English is a must / German would be a huge plus

— Actively support Payroll Accounting Process by compiling data needed on a monthly basis (expense claims, services provided, base compensation)
- Take responsibility for outgoing invoices and debt collection
- Work closely with Managing Director / Director of Operations
- Take responsibility of crucial administrative tasks, so that Management can focus on strategic topics
- Administer contracts of clients and providers
- Drive own projects
