Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure the reliable, stable, and efficient operation of production equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and supervising preventive maintenance and repair activities, coordinating the maintenance team, managing spare parts availability, and ensuring a fast and effective response to equipment breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted, stable, and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Organize, plan, and supervise scheduled maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform equipment diagnostics, identify root causes of failures, carry out adjustments, and ensure prompt troubleshooting, including emergency repairs.
• Control availability, inventory, and management of spare parts, consumables, and components required for maintenance and repair.
• Organize and coordinate visits of OEM service engineers and supervise scheduled maintenance and emergency repair activities performed by external service providers.
• Coordinate the work of maintenance personnel, assign tasks, and monitor the quality and timeliness of completed work.

Requirements

• Higher technical education is preferred, especially in industrial automation, mechanics, machine tool engineering, or related technical fields.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Practical experience in organizing work and managing a team of 3 to 10 technical specialists.
• Hands-on experience in operation, diagnostics, and maintenance of production equipment, including:
  
  • CNC equipment
  • Plasma cutting equipment
  • Milling equipment
  • Compressor equipment
  • Welding equipment
  • Painting lines
  • Other types of industrial production equipment
