Quality Engineer (Norway)

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Engineer responsible for operational quality control and release approval for production, including defect monitoring and process stability oversight within a MilTech environment.

The ideal candidate is a structured and analytical engineer with hands-on experience in industrial quality control and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

— Implement and maintain process controls and equipment tolerances

— Perform operational quality checks prior to production release

— Monitor defect rates and analyze root causes

— Develop and track quality improvement action plans

— Conduct audits (LPA, 5S, manufacturing audits)

— Contribute to the development and improvement of the Quality Management System

— Cooperate with Production and Engineering teams to eliminate non-conformities

Requirements

— Degree in Engineering or Quality Management

— Previous experience in industrial manufacturing and quality control

— Knowledge of defect analysis and audit principles

— Practical application of 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D methodologies

— Understanding of manufacturing processes

— Strong analytical and structured approach

— English — B1 (B2 preferred)
