We are looking for a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails and React skills to join a world-class team building one of the most advanced Talent Intelligence Platforms — a cutting-edge solution that’s redefining how companies attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Client — a global leader in Talent Intelligence platforms, trusted by over 13,000 recruitment teams worldwide. Their AI-powered solution unifies sourcing, CRM, ATS, and multi-channel outreach into a single seamless experience, connecting recruiters with over 1.2 billion candidates globally.

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to work with modern technologies, take ownership of impactful features, and help shape the future of a fast-growing product.

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial experience in web development

Strong skills in Ruby and Ruby on Rails

Experience with React and solid knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus)

Understanding of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and clean coding principles

Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Ability to work full-time during US business hours

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full-stack features using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend)

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers

Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and user experience

Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code

Participate in code reviews and implement best development practices

Work on observability tools such as analytics, error tracking, and logging
