We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join the technical team of our client, which provides consultancy, transactional, property management, and investment services from offices all over the world.

Experience / Skills required:
Must have:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a strong portfolio of Salesforce projectsStrong understanding of LWC vs Aura architecture and best practices for building scalable Lightning componentsExpertise in Apex development, including best practices and handling governor limits effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of the Salesforce security model, including Apex Managed Sharing and proper data access controlsExperience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST callouts and external system integrationsProficient in asynchronous Apex: Queueable, Batch, Future, and Scheduled jobsAbility to write scalable, maintainable components and high-quality test classesStrong skills in debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization of Salesforce solutionsAble to explain technical thought processes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborative mindset, able to work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust Salesforce solutionsUpper-Intermediate English or higher
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain complex custom Salesforce functionality (80% hands-on coding)Develop advanced Lightning Web Components used by thousands of usersIntegrate Salesforce with external systems, including OpenAI APIWork on large custom objects (custom Opportunities, billing models, multi-object UIs)Ensure proper security and sharing logic for highly sensitive dataImprove and support CI/CD pipelines (Copado/Gearset)Participate in requirement analysis and convert business needs into technical solutionsTroubleshoot performance issues and propose scalable architecture optionsCollaborate with technical leadership (Principal Engineer) on designs and standards
