We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer with strong Ruby skills to join an exciting, fast-growing project — a leading Talent Intelligence Platform revolutionizing how companies manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Our client’s platform combines AI-driven sourcing, CRM, ATS, multi-channel outreach, and a proprietary search engine with over 1.2 billion candidates — all in one seamless, unified solution trusted by over 13,000 recruitment teams worldwide.

Experience / Skills required:

Must have:

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with Ruby

Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL

Experience with Big Data and data migration projects

Familiarity with AWS services

Self-starter who thrives in a trust-based and autonomous environment

Excellent communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English (or higher)

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side Ruby code for large-scale data migration processes

Work with PostgreSQL and parallel processing to handle billions of data points efficiently

Design, transform, clean, and load data from multiple sources into internal systems

Collaborate with other engineers to improve data pipelines, scalability, and overall performance

Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and integration issues to ensure reliability and consistency
