We are looking for a creative and talented UI/UX designer to join the technical team of our US-based client’s fintech startup project.
Project — an innovative workforce management platform designed specifically for the construction and building industry that tailored exclusively for contractors, sub-contractors, and specialty contractors. It integrates siloed workflows of time tracking, payroll, job costing, and project management with AI and automation.
Must have:
5+ years of experience designing user interfaces. We care about maintainability, beauty, an eye for clean design, and the end customer experience
Experience designing and documenting a design system to produce a consistent user experience
Ability to design based on industry best practices with minimal input and produce high quality designs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Upper-Intermediate English and better
Responsibilities:
Designing user-friendly consistent and intuitive interfaces that will be experienced by our business customers
Working with technical and non-technical collaborators to refine and hone requirements
Working with front-end developers to define a common design language / design system
Working close with business stakeholders and customers to determine the best experience we can achieve
