We are looking for a well-experienced Stibo Step Consultant for our EU-based Clients’ project — a global consulting company, working across multiple industries, transforming and digitalizing the largest brands and corporations. It is a strategic partner that helps guide people and organizations to optimize processes and systems. They provide best practice implementation of Master Data, PIM and DAM.
With over 100 years of global consulting expertise across their team, it has a wide-ranging client base and aims to create an optimal framework for organizations and people to thrive.
Must have:
Relevant technical background
Experience within Master Data Management, Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution or similar packaged software solutions
Strong ability to influence and lead stakeholders at any level of an organization
Worked with large companies and well-known brands
Thrive in training stakeholders at different levels at the customers through peer-training, workshops
High planning skills combined with an ability to work in agile projects and knowing the importance of keeping check on tasks: using ASANA, MIRO
Upper-Intermediate English and better
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for gathering business insights and requirements, configuring and implementation of the chosen solutions and participating in the varies change management activities that are essential in the Process Model
Identify and record the business needs and challenges of our customers across sectors, industries, and organizations
Developing the initial data model together with our Solution Architect
Facilitating workshops for instance regarding customer system integrations as-is vs. to-be
Leading the customers during development of the future data model
Ensure engagement and commitment during edits and reviews of requirements, specifications, etc. of the future solution
Configure the MDM-platform: we work on different platforms, however often with the Stibo Systems STEP platform
Support the rest of the team regarding Project and Change Managements activities to ensure customers satisfaction and close relationships
