Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Apex and Salesforce Sales Cloud Development
Have a computer science or engineering background of some kind
Significant experience working in software development teams
Some knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Mac OS, SQL, and UNIX scripting
Some level of technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and general Web technologies
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles
Upper-Intermediate English and better
Good to have:
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Salesforce administration
- Experience with end-user triage support
Responsibilities:
Debugging and resolving issues that affect our client base
Supporting operational needs as we grow and scale
Design, develop, code, test, and debug complex Cloud solutions
Review product requirements and collaborate with your team to develop new features
Mentor and support other team members as they learn Salesforce technologies and APIs
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
You will also likely be involved in assisting in documentation efforts of new functionality for end users and/or other teams, and assisting in internal training / handoffs to our support and services organizations
