We are looking for Engineering Manager/Mobile Lead for our client — US (San Francisco) company which brings the family closer with smart features designed to protect and connect the people who matter most.

The company is at the forefront of a broad range of technologies (mobile, location services, hardware sensors, machine learning, big data, etc) in pioneering its family-centric platform. The company has over 200 employees and counting across offices in the USA and Ukraine. Experience / Skills required:

We are looking for a leader who has/are:

• BS in software engineering or technology architecture
• 7+ years of iOS/Android development experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Solid technical judgment on engineering architecture and product decisions
• Leadership experience with cross-functional team colloboration
• Excellence in people managment and problem-solving
• Cloud experience (would be a big plus but not required)
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable to participate in the evening zoom meetings (from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m)

Responsibilities:

• Directly managing a group of engineers including iOS, Android and Cloud
• Coordinating with the Product Manager to define the roadmap strategy
• Delivering projects and products using the appropriate agile project management
• methodology
• Identifying key business objectives and providing solution recommendations while
• performing business proofs
• Keep tracking team backlog and perfom scope adjustmeng to meet release

• Interfering and resolving cross-team dependencies, acting as a point of escalation
