NCube Sales and Marketing team is looking for a skilled and experienced Head of BD to develop and execute our BD strategy for the US/EU markets. We are a growing technology-driven company with 100 + employees and we need your participation for further growth and development.
Requirements:
2+years of experience on a similar BD position (Head, Director, Lead) in the IT sector, outsourcing/outstaffing;
Experience in the development of business strategies and optimization of sales processes;
Perfect knowledge of sales techniques and sales channels;
Understanding of software development industry;
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and to lead a team;
Excellent customer service, time management, and project organization skills;
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous quality improvement;
Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire team;
Fluent English written and oral is a must.
Nice to have:
Experience with Pipedrive, Reply, SEO optimization tools;
Experience in developing a strategy for blog and website development;
Experience in working with a marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Development of BD Strategy;
Ensuring stable growth of sales to achieve company’s goals;
Coordination and management 2 teams: Sales (+Researchers) and Marketing;
Motivating the team to achieve the best results possible;
Setting KPIs and revenue targets for members of the team;
On-boarding, training and constant development of the team;
Develop and manage relationships with current & future customers;
Reporting to CEO.
