Responsibilities:

— Gathering and detailing customer business requirements, writing TOR for development
— Negotiating technical requirements between project stakeholders
— Describing user stories and user acceptance specifications
— Creation / updating of project documentation, user guidebooks (Notion)
— Gathering requirements, writing TOR for building graphical reporting in Grafana (or similar service)
— Analysis of existing business processes and identification of bottlenecks and ways to fix them
— Strong communications skills, both oral and written, ability to resolve conflict situations
Must Have:
— skills: proactivity, passion, consistency, organization, logical thinking, technical knowledge
— 2+ years of experience as a PM/BA
— Experience with building analytics reporting / dashboards
— Experience working with chatbots
— Experience with documentation and project materials in (Notion, Confluence, etc.)
— English at least Upper Intermediate
Would be plus:
— Understanding of NodeRed, Corezoid
— Experience with Node.Js projects
— Experience in writing SQL queries
— Experience in PowerBI/Tableau/Grafana
— Experience in product development
— Understanding of basic support metrics (SLA, FCR, etc.)
— Experience in domains: Internal HR, Recruitment, BI
